MPPT Victron Bluesolar 100/30 and 100/50
Victron BlueSolar MPPT charge controllers 12V / 24V: 100/30 and 100/50.
MPPT solar controllers, more efficient than PWM, will optimize the voltage of the solar panels to maximize the power obtained.
BlueSolar charge controllers can charge a lower nominal voltage battery from a higher rated PV array field. The controllers will automatically adapt to a nominal battery voltage of 12 or 24 V.
Ultra fast location of the maximum power point ({MPPT} - Maximum Power Point Tracking).
Especially in case of cloudy skies, when light intensity is constantly changing, a high-speed {MPPT} controller will improve energy harvesting by up to 30% compared to { (Pulse Wide Management) charge controllers: PWM load directly connect the solar panel to the battery to be charged. It is therefore the voltage of the battery which defines the operating voltage of the module. This voltage may vary, depending on the battery, from 11 volts to 15 volts. Depending on the state of charge of the battery, PWM systems deliver a greater or lesser amount of the power actually available. On average, this represents a loss of about 15-35%.
PWM} (pulse width modulation), and up to 10% compared to slower {MPPT} controllers.
Advanced Peak Power Point Detection Under Shady Conditions
Under shady conditions, two or more peak power points may be present on the voltage-power curve. Conventional MPPTs tend to hang on a local MPP, which may not be the optimal MPP. The innovative algorithm of BlueSolar will always maximize energy recovery by blocking on the optimal MPP.
Exceptional conversion efficiency
No fan. Maximum efficiency exceeding 98%. Total output current up to 40 ° C (104 ° F).
Flexible Load Algorithm
Eight preprogrammed algorithms, selectable with a rotary switch (see manual for more details).
Extended electronic protection
Protection against overheating and reduction of power supply at high temperature. Protection against reverse polarity PV and PV short-circuits.
Protection against PV current reversal.
Internal temperature sensor It compensates the absorption load and float voltages according to the temperature.
