Victron  high-precision solar battery controller "  The    Victron BMV-700 series battery monitors allow you to calculate the amp-hours consumption and the battery charge level. The consumption is calculated by the current flow that enters and leaves the battery. The algorithms programmed in the microprocessor allow to control with precision the consumption of the batteries.

•     State of charge (%).
•     Ampere-hour consumption (Ah).
•     Battery voltage (V).
•     Charge / discharge current of the battery (A).
•     Prediction of autonomy according to consumption.
•     Visual and audible alarm: overvoltage and undervoltage, and / or battery charge status.

    Programmable alarm

The BMV-702: has an additional input that can be programmed to measure:

•     the voltage (of a second battery),
•     temperature
•     the average tension

The BMV 700HS: Voltage range of 60 to 385 VDC  
Adapter ("precleaner") not required.  suitable for systems with negative grounding only (non-isolated {shunt} battery driver).  

Low cost ultra low cost controller

•     The highest resolution: 10 mA (0.01 A) with 500 A derivation
•     It can be used with branches of 50, 60 or 100 mV at currents of 100 to 1000 A.
•     Lowest current consumption: 4 mA at 12 V and 3 mA at 24 V.
•     Easy to connect: supplied with shunt, 10 meters of UTP RJ 12 cable and with fuse cable for "+" connection.
•     Very simple installation: separate front cover for the rounded part;  Rear mounting ring and front mounting screw.
•     Wide range of supply voltage: 9.5 - 95 VDC range without adapter (60-385 VDC for BMV-702HS)
•     Communication port (an isolated RS232 interface is required for connection to a computer)
