The Victron Multiplus inverter has many functions. It combines a sinusoidal converter, a sophisticated charger, and an ultra-fast AC transfer switch into one compact package. It is a powerful battery charger that requires high intensities. It is possible to limit the load power via the control panel. 

The most important functions are the "Powerassist" and the "Powercontrol". These functions consist of taking the energy from the batteries and adding it to the output when the demand exceeds the capacity of the generator or shore power. Thanks to these functions, it is possible to manage peak intensities greater than the power of a group or a connection during a lapse of time. Surplus power is used to recharge the batteries when the demand for power drops.

2 AC outputs

The main output allows continuous feeding. In case of network disconnection or failure, the multiplus inverter takes over very quickly (20 milliseconds) to supply the connected loads which makes it possible not to disturb the operation of the connected electronic devices. The second output is active when the AC is available on one of the inputs of the inverter. It allows to connect devices that would not discharge the battery (a water heater for example)

You can connect up to 6 multiplus inverters in parallel to get more output power

Three phase

You can connect 3 multiplus inverters of the same model for a 3-phaseoutput . (up to 6 sets of 3 inverters)

Powercontrol

The powerful battery charger built into the case, requires high power connections. The control board allows to limit this power and will use only the surplus for the load, which avoids the overloads

PowerAssist

This function makes it possible to supplement the capacity of the alternative source in the event of short power demand. When the power demand decreases, the surplus is used to recharge the batteries

Simple installation

The multiplus inverter is directly ready for use, it does not require a computer to be programmed. Possibility to program its operation with DIP switches
