The Phoenix Contact SUNCLIX Photovoltaic Connectors are the first toolless PV connection system for PV. Phoenix Contact has developed DC connectors that can be field assembled specifically for the cabling of photovoltaic (PV) systems. 

The SUNCLIX plug-in connector comes pre-assembled and the spring-cage connection technology allows quick and easy on-site assembly without special tools. The TÜV certified solar connector is suitable for typical PV cables with conductor cross-sections of 2.5 to 6 mm² and transmits up to 40 A up to 1100 V. SUNCLIX is compatible with surge protection kits Contact Phoenix and SMA solar inverters.
